Terms of Service

1. The service

ThanniCanis a software platform that helps water-can delivery businesses (“vendors”) manage orders, deliveries, billing and payments, and helps customers order from them. We provide the software; we do not produce, sell or deliver water ourselves.

2. Accounts & eligibility

• You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your phone number secure.
• You may not use the service for unlawful purposes or in violation of these terms.

3. Vendor responsibilities

• Keep listings, prices and availability accurate.
• Fulfil accepted orders and handle deliveries you commit to.
• Ensure the water and packaging you supply meet all applicable quality, safety and licensing requirements. Product quality and delivery are the vendor’s responsibility, not Innovait Systems’s.

4. Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate order details and delivery addresses.
• Pay for orders and settle outstanding balances with your vendor.

5. Payments & khata

Payments for orders are between customers and vendors. ThanniCan may record balances, collections and statements to help both sides keep accurate accounts, and may use a third-party processor for online payments. Any subscription fees for vendor plans will be shown in the app before you subscribe.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, upload unlawful content, or infringe others’ rights.

7. Intellectual property

The ThanniCan app, brand and content are owned by Innovait Systems and protected by law. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them without permission.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for the quality, safety or timeliness of water or deliveries provided by vendors.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innovait Systems will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or misuse of the service.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
