Delete your account

You can request deletion of your ThanniCan account and personal data at any time.
How to request deletion
Email thannican@innovait-systems.com from the email you use, or include your registered mobile number so we can verify the request. Please tell us:
- Your registered mobile number
- Your name
- Whether you use ThanniCan as a vendor or a customer
We verify ownership of the account before deleting it, and confirm once it’s done — typically within 30 days of a verified request.
What gets deleted
Your profile and personal information — name, mobile number, addresses, saved preferences and push-notification token — are deleted, and your account is closed.
What we may retain
We may retain certain records for as long as required by law — for example, invoices and transaction records needed for accounting, tax or dispute-resolution purposes. Retained records are kept only for those purposes and for the period the law requires.
Before you delete
- Settle any outstanding balances with your vendor or customers.
- Download any invoices or statements you want to keep.
